c7e77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though c7e77 may apply enhanced due-diligence checks for large deposits.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to fund the account. c7e77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Under normal operating conditions, withdrawal requests via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• c7e77 reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing may be delayed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c7e77 does not hold funds in foreign currencies and does not offer currency conversion services. Players are responsible for any charges applied by their mobile financial service provider or bank.

All bets placed on c7e77 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules that may apply:

• A bet is binding once confirmed by the system. c7e77 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines or bet acceptance, c7e77 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake to the account balance.
• For live cricket betting, all markets are governed by the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or governing body. In-play bets stand on the result at the time the bet was accepted, subject to settlement rules.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer results. c7e77 does not alter, influence or predict the outcome of any casino game.

c7e77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspicion of fraud, collusion or prohibited activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or any other conduct that c7e77 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by c7e77 for reasons unrelated to breach by the user, any genuine balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the user via the payment method on file. Account closure requests from users should be directed to c7e77 support via the contact email in the footer. Upon receipt, c7e77 will process the closure request within 5 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c7e77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond c7e77's reasonable control; or any reliance placed on information published on the platform.

c7e77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities. While c7e77 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Players use the platform at their own risk.

Where changes are material, c7e77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users, which may take the form of a notice displayed on the platform at login or an email to the address registered on the account.
